He obviously has reached a point in his life where his reality is directly the opposite of what he grew up anticipating... what adulthood as a "normal"heterosexual male would provide for him. Instead he is not only stripped of his masculinity, he is conditioned to be a submissive feminine sissy, with none of the male privileges or expectations. A broken entity, sad and humiliated but trained to uninhibitedly give in to what his new reality demands from him, because THAT is the only sexual satisfaction allowed to him by the Superior Female who owns him.
